Second Trial of K1wiKrusher

In January 2023 K1wiKrusher was prosecuted in the Supreme Court, New Portsmouth under the laws of the Kennedy Estate.

Charges

Megalomart observes the court shortly before hearings begin.

K1wi was accused by prosecutor Megalomart of the following charges with the recommendation that the defendant's previous convictions were considered;

1. Grand Theft Auto - Theft of a boat
2. Grand Larceny - Theft of trident, shulker
3. Assault
4. Accessory to 2nd Degree Murder - For being an accomplice to Big_Floppa17 when he exploded a Bed on the nether highway killing TinH0us3
5. Reckless endangerment - Exploding 3 creepers in New Portsmouth, damaging property and nearly killing Megalomart
6. Blocking a Nether Highway - Outside Yurigrad and just before Woodland Manor via placing wooden blocks and a bee hive
7. Trespassing - Using the nether highway to reach Yurigrad after being barred from the Kennedy Line
8. Griefing via TNT - At Yurigrad and Grysingard

Crimes During the Trial

While Judge TinH0us3 administers the trial, K1wiKrusher explodes TNT and attempts to escape.

During the trial in an effort to avoid justice, K1wi exploded TNT and then attempted to escape.

Ruling

The jury and judge ruled unanimously in favour of conviction and K1wi was sentenced to jail.
