Swedish Goons
Swedish Goons was an early server faction made up of mostly swedes led by the now banned player, Niklask. They were notable for being the largest faction on the server at the time with approximately 5-7 members and for trekking the furthest out of any player at the time, settling at 25,000 blocks out.

The players were very insular due to believing that Megalomart was unfairly targeting them with surveillance due to suspected cheating. 'marts surveillance was proven to be wise months later when niklask was revealed to have been cheating, a situation of which faction members were supposedly unaware of. He was banned for this in 2023 however by this point he had already been inactive for months, since around the time his faction disbanded.
Name[edit | edit source]
The name is an exonym based on the moniker that has been given to the Swedish friends of Big_Floppa17 on previous servers. Goons refers to the fact that they would always follow him, en masse, into a new server, in a similar manner to a super-villain's henchmen.

Rise[edit | edit source]
The Swedish Goons joined during the first join wave, bolstering the server's player count to the point where Megalomart had to double the server's RAM capacity due to TPS of =<18 during peak times.

Fall[edit | edit source]
The group disbanded after being defeated by creepers and pillagers when trekking out from their base with a significant percentage of their valuables, when they reached their items they had disappeared. This caused much frustration as they believed the chunks had not been loaded and the server had glitched. [1] Big_Floppa17 then begged Megalomart to restore his netherite, which Meggy refused to do due to the precedent spawning in such valuable items following a player death would set. Following this the players became de-motivated and quit the server.
Discovery of K1wi Hause[edit | edit source]
Following the disbandment of the group, there began an ensuing mystery as to the location of their base, the remaining active players were asked, however, non would revealed the location. The server eventually, and unceremoniously, discovered by Megalomart, who teleported to K1wiKrusher by accident who had recently rejoined the server after months of inactivity. Although Meggy purposefully didn't check his coords as he considered doing this to be leaking the base via admin abuse, K1wi was happy to reveal its location to the others, especially as he was now the only one there, with no way to return to civilisation!
Legacy[edit | edit source]
Overall the group left a relatively small impact considering their size, their main lasting legacy was that following the discovery of their base the Western Highway was constructed by TinH0us3 and Megalomart, which was the longest highway (and most dangerous!) at the time.
