New Portsmouth City was a province of the Kennedy Estate from the creation of the province system until the 9th of June 2023 when it was merged with the province of Kennedy Island to form the province of Greater New Portsmouth. The province covered New Portsmouth City, Upper, Northside, New Portsmouth Industrial District and potentially Turtle Beach and Riverside.
